Graham is a digital strategist and writer who has been advising clients on how to create simple yet powerful digital products for 20 years. His work focuses on defining the point of intersection between customer needs and business goals, and creating simple, compelling digital experiences that satisfy both. It’s true: thoughtful, small decisions make all the difference.

Prior to Modus, Graham was Creative Director at Sullivan, where he developed award-winning work for Schwab, MetLife, Fidelity, Bessemer Trust, Ameriprise, Better Homes & Gardens, and Disney. He was also Director of Customer Experience at JP Morgan Chase, and, prior to that, Senior Information Architect and Writer in the Simplification Group at Siegel+Gale.

Throughout his career, Graham has written and lectured extensively, presenting his popular seminar “Write Gooder” to communications students and professionals across the country. His writing has appeared in industry blogs, white papers, and publications, including Booz Allen’s Strategy and Business.

Graham graduated from Vassar College, where he studied English Literature and—more importantly—classical guitar.
