VP of Business Development
Kent is a marketer by trade, a diplomat by exposure, and a strategic thinker with a curious, entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset by nature.
He has worked in advertising and marketing at major agencies, across industries, across disciplines, directing accounts and teams for ABC-TV, Mercedes-Benz, AT&T, MBNA Bank, Pfizer, and Novartis, among other companies and brands, setting strategic direction, developing and implementing integrated marketing communications plans, and best-in-class CX solutions.
By virtue of generating organic growth, Kent put the same skills to work in terms of developing relationships, understanding prospective-client needs, putting together and selling proposals, and onboarding. Taught early in his career that being in account management means “you’re accountable for everything” he still takes that message to heart, especially as it relates to client needs and KPI’s.
Kent helped re-position and market Ammirati, growing it to a merger with the largest independent digital agency in the country, with more of the same leading to the combined agency being acquired by IBM, whose unparalleled technology prowess added greatly to the portfolio of tools to sell in pursuit of optimal interactive experiences.
Beyond business growth and revenue generation, Kent’s work has won Effies, Clios, Webby’s, and One Show Gold Pencils, including the first ever awarded in Pharma, and even JD Power recognition.
